FAQ

Q: How Long Do the Concentrates last?

Our coffee concentrates are shelf-stable for a full year thanks to a special brewing process and airtight packaging. This means you can stock up on your favorite flavour and enjoy it whenever the craving strikes, without worrying about it spoiling.

However, once you open the concentrate, it's exposed to air. To maintain the best possible flavour and freshness, we recommend storing it in the refrigerator after opening. This cold environment slows down the oxidation process that can slightly degrade the coffee's taste over time.

In short, unopened concentrates stay happy on your pantry shelf for up to 12 months, while opened concentrates will be freshest when stored in the fridge. Enjoy!

Why are my coffee beans shipped separately to my other order?

Q: I placed an order with coffee beans and other items, but the beans arrived separately. Why is that?

A: We take freshness seriously! To ensure you receive the most flavourful cup possible, we roast our coffee beans fresh in small batches. Because of this, your coffee beans might arrive in a separate package from your other order items.

Here's the breakdown:

  • Freshness First: By roasting to order and shipping separately, we prevent your coffee beans from sitting in a warehouse and losing their rich aroma and taste.
  • Faster Bean Delivery: Separate shipping allows your coffee beans to travel independently, potentially arriving sooner than if they were packed with other items.

We understand this may mean an extra box, but we believe the difference in taste is worth it! For peak enjoyment, we recommend grinding your beans just before brewing.

Q: Do you sponsor bands or events?

A: Absolutely! Supporting musicians and fostering vibrant communities is part of our DNA. In fact, our company was founded with traveling bands in mind, aiming to provide them with a reliable pick-me-up for those long stretches on the road.

We offer sponsorship opportunities for both bands and events that align with our values. Whether you're a band hitting the road for a national tour or a local venue hosting a music festival, we're interested in partnering with you.

Q: Can I make coffee concentrate with hot water?

A: Absolutely! Hot water is a perfectly valid way to brew your coffee concentrate.
