Coffee Refunds
We strive to provide the highest quality coffee concentrates. Once a sealed coffee concentrate has been opened, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds due to the perishable nature of the product.
However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team. We may be able to offer a store credit or other accommodations on a case-by-case basis.
