We're in the market section with the cold brew. Here's everything you need to know before you rock up.

- Tickets: General Admission $30. Kids 5–17 need a ticket, under 5s are free.
- Parking: On site but limited, with SES directing traffic. Rideshare is the smarter call if you're drinking.
Tickets are through the MEAT Noosa website. First release at $20 has already sold out, so don't sit on it.
What's actually on
This is not a food truck park with a stage bolted on. MEAT Noosa is now the home of the Queensland Open BBQ Championship, a fully sanctioned Australasian Barbecue Alliance comp, so you're watching real teams cook in front of real judges.
On top of that:
- Nine hand-picked BBQ vendors brisket, beef ribs, pulled pork, wagyu, loaded dogs, competition-style tasting platters.
- Three BBQ Schools included in your ticket Cotton Tree Meats on the fundamentals, the BBQ & Fireplace Centre on kamado grills and reverse sear, and the Australian Brisket Board on competition-level brisket. Seating is first in, best dressed.
- Live fire demos running through the day.
- Live music from gates open to last call.
- 30+ market stalls rubs, sauces, jerky, pickles, BBQ gear, local makers. Us included.
- Axe throwing, a bucking bull, a golf simulator and kids entertainment, so the whole crew has something to do.
- A full bar courtesy of Heads of Noosa Brewing Co. All bar proceeds go back to the Noosa Dolphins Rugby Union Club.

We're keeping it simple this year and bringing the two sizes people actually take home:
- 1L cold brew concentrate the everyday box. Sits in the fridge door, makes a stack of iced lattes, no machine required.
- 2L cold brew concentrate for households where two people are both drinking it, or anyone who has learned the hard way that 1L doesn't last.
If you've been meaning to try it, a BBQ festival is honestly the perfect place. Seven hours of smoked brisket and cold beer in the September sun does something to a person around the 4pm mark. That's where we come in.
Every bag has a QR code on it, so if you get home and want more, you're two taps away from reordering.
How to do the day properly
A few things we've learned from doing these events:
- Get there near midday. The comp teams are at their busiest early and the vendor queues are shortest in the first hour.
- Split your food order. Go with a group, order different things across a few vendors, share it out. You'll try four times as much.
- Do at least one BBQ School. It's already in your ticket price and it's genuinely the best value thing on site.
- Walk the market before you eat, not after. Easier to make decisions when you're not carrying a tray.
- Bring a hat and water. It's an open field in September.
