Here is the perfect Espresso Martini using our Coffee in a Goon Bag
This can be done camping or at home.
Ingredients:
- 60ml Bellmott Beverages Cold Brew Concentrate
- 45ml Vodka
- 20ml Coffee Liqueur (like Kahlúa)
- Ice cubes
- 3 Coffee beans, for garnish
Equipment:
- Cocktail shaker
- Fine-mesh strainer
- Martini glass
Instructions:
- Chill Your Glass: Place a martini glass in the freezer to chill.
- Combine Ingredients: Add the Bellmott Cold Brew Concentrate, vodka, coffee liqueur, and ice cubes to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake Vigorously: Shake the cocktail shaker vigorously for about 15-20 seconds, or until the outside of the shaker is frosty.
- Strain and Serve: Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass, using a fine-mesh strainer to remove any ice shards.
- Garnish: Garnish with three coffee beans.
Tips:
- Stronger Coffee Flavour: For a more intense coffee flavor, increase the amount of Bellmott Cold Brew Concentrate to 75ml.
